We were contacted by our loyal client Bankasa to organize a three-day incentive trip to Desenzano sul Garda.

Adrenaline-fueled team building and disco nights
The picturesque location of Lake Garda was certainly an inspiration to structure activities that could make guests participative and enthusiastic. The immense green spaces and natural areas in the area became fertile ground for team building orienteering activities. Among the trials to complete the activity were challenges such as rifle shooting, puzzels, charting calculus and bicycle challenges.
To keep the adrenaline flowing among the guests, we chose, for the second day, a 100-meter zipline to conquer the fear of heights, later organizing a rejuvenating lunch in the nearby vineyard.
For the after-dinner on both days, we thought Bankasa employees could have fun with Gala dinners and disco nights with reserved private rooms.

A beautiful adrenaline experience
The experience was a success! Guests thoroughly enjoyed both location and proposed activities taking home a beautiful memory full of fun and lightheartedness among colleagues.
