An engaging experience to communicate new corporate values
Generali wanted to create an innovative and engaging team building experience for their human resources department. The objective was to develop a moment of connection capable of effectively conveying the company's new values, fostering group cohesion through a dynamic and memorable activity that would leave a tangible mark on the organisation's culture.
Our proposal
Bespoke Lego building for Generali: creativity and corporate values in action
Team Building Milano developed a completely bespoke "Lego Building" experience for Generali, transforming colourful bricks into powerful tools for corporate communication. Nine teams brought to life an exciting creative challenge: each team received a specific company value to interpret and represent through original Lego constructions. To enrich the creative process, we set up a lively internal marketplace where participants could exchange and purchase special bricks, unique decorations, and distinctive elements to personalise their creations. This dynamic stimulated collaboration, negotiation, and strategic thinking amongst the teams. At the end of the activity, all the models created were presented to the company, becoming permanent installations that visually embody Generali's core values, creating a lasting memento of the shared experience.
Achieved results
Tangible results: from creativity to corporate culture
The event generated a strong sense of belonging and collaboration amongst the 75 participants from the HR department. The teams brilliantly interpreted the company values through original and meaningful creations. The permanent Lego installations continue to inspire employees daily, making the company's fundamental principles tangible and visible in an innovative and memorable way.
