Aims: - Organising the team building - Coordinating the amazing race - Organising the lunch at the main building
We organised a team building activity for our customer Griffon&Romano, a factory which developed into a major service centre in the Italian stainless steel industry and which today is part of the multinational Slovenian Steel Group (SIJ).
The target was to strengthen the relationships inside the company leading the participants to cooperate among themselves gathering their energies towards the achievement of a common objective.
We proposed a team building based on The Amazing Race activity at a sports centre of Milan which offers different possibilities.
The participants have been divided into teams and they challenged each other in different trials like human table football, the tube, blind game and rope pull.
To end the day but mainly to relax after committing all their energy to overcome the challenges in the best possible way, a lunch with excellent food has been served at the structure.
