Atos Medical Team Building orienteering

We organised a very peculiar team building activity for Atos Medical, our loyal customer since years, which is world leader in the laryngectomized patients' assistance and which offers innovative solutions to its users through the sale of medical and hospital devices.
We chose the team building orienteering, which involved the participants in different trials which tested their ability and at the same time it developed the sense of team membership and deepen knowledge among colleagues.
We found a really amazing location at Asiago, which was perfect to develop this outdoor activity on the snow and in the woods. A really characteristic lodge of the location has been used as headquarter to offer a support to the guests.
We left at 9.30 am and when we arrived we offered a welcome breakfast to the participants.
Before starting the activity we divided the group into 4 teams and we gave them some fundamental items to develop this kind of activity: customised maps and compasses to orient themselves.
Each team's mission was to reach 7 positions hidden inside the wood and in the valley. Arriving at each position it was possible to earn points stamping the map with the specific marker or overcoming different ability tests, like the blindfolded archery, the lighting of the fire with stones, the construction of a stilt house and the tree climbing, the most engaging but amusing at the same time.
At the end of this trials, we organised a wonderful lunch for the employees, serving an excellent menu at the tables, after welcoming them with spritz and local food, such as Asiago cheese.
The day had great success among the participants who were all very satisfied.
