Chem-Trend, the world leader in the release agent industry, chose us to organize a unique and unforgettable team-building activity during their international meeting in Milan. The client specifically requested us to create a friendly competition among colleagues aimed at improving and strengthening interpersonal bonds: an exciting experience designed to leave an indelible mark and create shared memories that will last over time.

Team building orienteering and survival in the Ticino Park

In agreement with the client, we designed an exhilarating experience capable of creating a perfect balance between adrenaline and competition, focusing on our Orienteering and Survival team-building activity. For this occasion, we chose an enchanting location: the bucolic and picturesque Ticino Park, a magnificent corner of peace on the outskirts of Milan.

Every moment of the activity was carefully planned to make the participants' experience unique and enjoyable. The teams, supported by expert instructors and coaches, engaged in engaging skill challenges. Immersed in unspoiled nature, the employees embarked on a journey guided only by paper maps and a compass.

During the activity, the tools and safety gear used by the participants were branded with the company’s colors and logo, becoming perfect keepsakes of the experience. Among the challenges faced by Chem-Trend employees were setting up a bivouac and lighting a fire using only what nature provided.

Many participants overcame their fears during the Orienteering and Survival activities, while others demonstrated incredible problem-solving skills, leadership, and lateral thinking. In any case, for all who participated, it was an unforgettable and formative experience that fully achieved the company's goal: to create solid interpersonal bonds among colleagues, resulting in greater workplace harmony and a cohesive and united group.
