TeambuildingMilano organised an original team building activity for Heineken Italia's finance department with the aim of strengthening the team spirit, but especially teaching the company's main principles to the participants.
For this reason we planned a Principle hunt, that is a technological treasure hunt carried out using Ipad.
The activity consisted of different trials developed in the centre of Milan and all based on the fundamental concepts of the company aiming at leaving an unforgettable memory and make it easier to learn them in a more cheerful and involving way.
We chose an amazing terrace overlooking Porta Venezia Park to hold the final award ceremony and the evening ended with an excellent buffet dinner and dj set.
