They entrusted us to source an ideal venue and craft a tailored activity, aiming to treat their staff to a memorable and formative experience.

Arona's tresure hunt

We took our client’s team from Milan's urban bustle to the serene beauty of Arona. There, the Xiaomi employees embarked on an adventurous day at a picturesque lakeside hotel overlooking Lake Maggiore. Amidst enchanting lake vistas, a delightful lunch set the tone for the entire experience. Teams engaged in our 'Arona's Treasure Hunt,' exploring the town through our tailored cues. This was not, however, a matter of mere exercise: teams gathered knowledge about their surroundings, and had to devise a strategy to beat other teams to each cue. The winning team earned prizes and the team-building event was followed by a collective gathering on the hotel's terrace for a delightful aperitivo: the perfect conclusion to a perfect day.
