With spring weather just around the corner, we decided to organize a magnificent retreat for CBRE in Franciacorta by selecting a charming relais nestled in the vineyards. When guests arrived, everything was ready for the initial meeting on the agenda and the attached working lunch on a bright terrace with a fireplace.

Instead, in the afternoon we accompanied guests to a wine tasting in a small but delightful family-run winery inside which there was an air of history and passion for the work done for generations. The property's wine then accompanied guests for the rest of their stay during lunches and dinners.

A trademark of our incentive trips is the fixed presence of a team-building activity, which in this case materialized in a rewarding treasure hunt with ipad in Monte Isola, in the middle of Lake Iseo. After reaching the island by boat, participants were able to roam the streets of the village on comfortable electric bikes in search of the clues, and then stop for lunch at a magnificent lakeside location.
