Recordati, a renowned pharmaceutical company, tasked us with planning and hosting a teambuilding event for their international team at a Milan's hotel. Professionals from diverse international offices were accommodated, requiring an event tailored specifically to an international audience.

Recordati experienced an extraordinary twist in the standard team-building process with our Chairity Building initiative - which is one of our most popular team-building options. Teams faced a string of challenges, such as quizzed, jenga-like games, and riddles, each time collecting a mystery reward, contained in a bag they were not allowed to open. The climax of the event was the substantial revelation: the “prizes” the teams had gathered with each challenge were in fact wheelchair components! Their last and most important task was assembling real functioning wheelchairs, which were subsequently donated to a local hospital. The point of this activity is connecting teamwork to an objective that matters and that can make a difference in someone’s life.

On this occasion, we experimented with a departure from traditional team-building formats, with our Chairity Building program - a project of our own devising that has proven extremely popular. Teams were faced with multiple standard challenges — quizzes, Jenga-like games, and riddles — with each task earning them undisclosed rewards stored in bags they were not allowed to open. The pivotal moment revealed these "prizes" to be wheelchair components! Their final task involved assembling functional wheelchairs, to be later donated to a local hospital. This activity underscores the connection between teamwork and a meaningful, impactful objective, ultimately contributing to improving someone's life.
