The client request
Team building and charity
The distinguished brand Leica Microsystems relied on us to organize a team building activity with the focus on the importance of social inclusion. A most important aspect of this activity was the brand's desire to have a positive impact on society through giving and charities.
The Team Building Milano proposal
Charity Building
For Leica, we unleashed our creativity by thinking of and organizing a team building that would have a strong impact on the participants and beyond. We started the activity with quizzes and friendly competitions that would test their problem solving skills. As a prize, the participants received, to their pleasant amazement, a bag containing wheels, footrests and handles; all elements for assembling wheelchairs.
Team building was not limited to quizzes; in fact, participants were tasked with assembling wheelchairs by teaming up. In this second part of the activity, Leica employees not only got to bond with each other as a group, but also to contribute to a larger cause. The wheelchairs, in fact, were donated, accompanied by moving messages, to the guests of Pio Albergo Trivulzio, a well-known and very popular retirement home in Milan.

Corporate events serving a social cause
The client's request was new to us; we took care of it and created a format that to date has become one of our workhorses. Every goal was accomplished, and participants concluded the activity thrilled with the result. The subsequent donation of the wheelchairs to the Milan facility was the perfect finale: a meaningful moment that positively impacted both the donor and the recipient, demonstrating how it is possible to put corporate events at the service of socially useful causes.
CUSTOMER'S OPINION
The working relationship was extremely smooth and the support from your side was total.
We are an 'international company, so the bureaucratic management was definitely not easy but eugenia who followed us, was always extremely considerate, succeeding perfectly in the organization of this event despite having to deal with 3 different figures involved in the organization and sometimes absent for business trips.
The smiles on the faces of my colleagues once the event was over, I would say is emblematic of the quality of the service offered.
