Siram Veolia
Foreign client in Milan and team cooking
Date: 10/15th april 2022
Duration: 5 giorni
Aims: Organizing an incentive trip to Italy for a foreign client that included dinners, entertainment and team building activities
The client request
An incentive trip to Italy
Our loyal client Siram Veoila, a world leader in the field of sustainability, again relied on us to organize an incentive trip to Italy that included team building activities, business meetings and leisure time.
The Team Building Milano proposal
An all-Milan adventure
What better city than Milan to infuse sparkling energy for the company's many planned activities. The location? It could only be in central Porta Venezia, the perfect intersection of shopping, food and team-building venues.
During the first day, after the prearranged business meetings, Siram Veolia employees had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Bergamo Alta and have fun in a friendly team cooking competition.
For the second day, we could not miss an exquisite Gala dinner organized on one of the most prestigious rooftops of the city, from which we were able to give guests an exceptional view of the skyline.
The dinners did not end here, in fact for the last evening we made the participants experience an evening in the very central Milanese nightlife among music, food and dancing.
Achived results
A warm Italian welcome
The many work sessions were organized for guests ensuring maximum comfort in both transportation and facilities knowing how to break up the times with breaks for leisure and entertainment, assuring the foreign client a very warm Italian welcome. Employees greatly enjoyed the team building considering it among the best ever done and the evenings of Milanese fun.
CUSTOMER'S OPINION
We recently concluded a corporate event organized for our parent company in collaboration with Smart Eventi.
The commitment was great: a long, intense week marked by the many initiatives planned, but in which we took part with joy and with a great desire to do.
The organization was perfect, starting from the search for the location, to the meeting rooms, to the team building, perfectly organized with an exceptional English-speaking animator. Even the lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners in always different locations have contributed to making a difference on the whole organizational level.
Not to forget the logistics; all of this was handled impeccably and carefully.
The feedback and compliments we received from colleagues across the Alps were concrete proof of this.
I thank all the staff, Eugenia in particular, who supported us in the preparatory phase and during the week in question. It was a real success!
