Planning Civismart’s Christmas gathering

Following a successful summer event in Puglia, Civismart approached the project with the aim of creating its Christmas corporate event in Rome, designed to bring together employees from different offices across Italy. Rome was selected as a destination for corporate gatherings thanks to its accessibility, with the event scheduled for 22 and 23 December 2025. The brief combined business content and incentive activities, a motivational talk by a sports testimonial, exclusive cultural experiences in Rome and a convivial evening with dinner and DJ set, followed by departures after breakfast the next day.

Our Proposal

A people centred event design

The proposal began with a focused selection of the venue, identifying a stunning 4 star facility as the most suitable option for a corporate event in Rome, thanks to its strategic position near Rome Termini Station and its functional meeting spaces. Once the venue was confirmed, the programme was enriched with curated activities in Rome for corporate groups, including an exclusive evening visit to Trajan’s Markets. Dinner was arranged at a historic restaurant in Trastevere, chosen for its informal and authentic atmosphere. The town hall meeting featured a keynote speech by Maurizia Cacciatori. Transport logistics were carefully managed, favouring efficient and sustainable solutions.

Despite the tight timeframe and the proximity to the Christmas period, the event was delivered in line with expectations for a high level corporate incentive in Rome. Each activity unfolded smoothly, from the corporate meeting to the cultural visit and the evening gathering, encouraging genuine interaction among colleagues. The final outcome was a well structured and appreciated experience, successfully combining content, shared moments and team spirit.
