Organizing an incentive trip for the company's CEOs
Every year the CEOs of IAD, a company operating in the real estate sector, meet to take stock of the holding and find new strategies to improve the business. This year it was the turn of Italy and they relied on Smart Eventi for the organization of the entire event.

A relaxing trip to Lake Como
We have chosen the fascinating Lake Como as the setting. The guests stayed and held the meetings in a historic and luxury lakeside hotel in the town center. The rooms enjoy a fantastic view of the lake, breakfast is served in a room full of frescoes on the walls. The conference center is equipped with the most advanced technical equipment.
We were able to connect live with other guests who were unable to attend the event due to travel restrictions due to covid19, but who participated in the meetings virtually and actively, the connection both audio and video was flawless.
The first day was dedicated to a typically Italian team building activity: Team Cooking. We organized the team building in a cooking school a few steps from the historic center. The teams challenged each other in a water and flour competition to present to the judges a first course of pasta and some finger food, fruit of their creativity and meeting point of several traditions.
For the second day we gave our guests a unique experience, aboard a private motorboat we skirted the lakeside and admired the majestic villas until arriving in Cernobbio where a lake view lunch gave them real moments of relaxation.
In the evening they had fun with go karts where we reserved an entire track for them, here the most competitive characteristics of each emerged. And it ended with an exquisite dinner at the hotel, always rigorously overlooking the lake.

An impeccable organization
The 3 days of the event were a great success, the planned program and the impeccable organization allowed the guests to work in peace. The activities fostered collaboration and strengthened the team spirit.
