Aims: Organising a team building activity ispired by traditional italian food
We organised a team cooking for Jabil's employees; it's an American company that operates in the production of electronic components.
The guests challenge from the cooking point of view preparing cult food from the typical Italian cooking tradition, such as pizza and pasta.
The event developed with an initial coaching activity, followed by the preparation of the courses.
To conclude the day and to end the activity in the best possible way, we organised a placè dinner, during which the guests could taste the delicious meals they cooked.
The event has been really amusing and the participants appreciated a lot the originality of the proposed challenge.
