Training and fun for the team

A client we’ve worked with for years—often calling on us to organise exclusive events—got in touch again this year to handle the second day of their team-building programme, which had started back in May 2025. Their aim was a morning workshop, led by them, to build on the training already underway, followed by a relaxed, enjoyable afternoon activity designed to promote teamwork, interaction, and shared moments of fun for all participants.

Team cooking and engaging activities

For this event, we suggested a charming and versatile venue, which we have found in the past to be perfectly suited for corporate events of this nature, particularly because of its warm atmosphere that always encourages participants to feel at ease. Guests enjoyed open access to the bar, a buffet lunch on the porch, and multiple recreational options including tennis, football, basketball, bike rentals, swimming, and table football. In the afternoon, participants took part in a Team Cooking session with Michele Cannistraro, Masterchef All Stars winner, and guest Oris Portanova. Participants split into teams to make both sweet and savoury finger foods, with a surprise mystery box introduced midway to spark creativity, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition.

The mix of workshop and cooking challenge delivered a lively, engaging experience that nurtured teamwork, sparked creativity, and provided opportunities for shared fun in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
