The client request
Organize an engaging team building
Vidiemme commissioned us to organize an engaging team building, where participants were required to follow strict procedures and rules. The goal was to come up with an activity that would stimulate collaboration and growth within the team.
The Team Building Milano proposal
Aperitivo time and mystery box!
To begin with, we selected a stunning location in Milan, with a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for allowing all of our participants to prepare food at the same time. To make the experience even more engaging, we chose the “aperitivo time” format, during which each team tried their hand at preparing a specific dish or finger food, following a precise recipe assigned by our expert chefs. Halfway through the activity, we introduced a surprising twist: a "mystery box" brought by Sonia Peronaci, renowned founder of the famous Italian cooking blog "Giallo Zafferano”, containing ingredients that were randomly drawn by each team. The participants then had to use all the assigned ingredients to come up with a creative new dish.

Harmony of flavours and perfect synergy
At the end of the activity, the teams presented their culinary masterpieces to the judges. The winning team was chosen for the harmony of flavours, perfect synergy, ingenuity, and presentation of the dishes. The day ended with a curated aperitif, enhanced by our renowned chefs' touches and accompanied by excellent wine.
