A shared first step for Prima Assicurazioni’s HR team

The company requested the organisation of its first team building experience for the Human Resources unit, centred on an inclusive activity where everyone could actively contribute to a shared objective. The brief called for a welcoming venue surrounded by nature, easily reachable from Milan within around one and a half hours, offering a relaxed atmosphere designed to encourage genuine interaction and spontaneous collaboration.

Our Proposal

Team building without competition

The proposal focused on an exclusive luxury relais set in nature, close to Lake Como, selected for its privacy, comfort and comprehensive services. The team building activity was designed as a collaborative team cooking experience rather than a competitive challenge. Forty participants, divided into four teams, prepared fresh pasta and tiramisu together, later enjoyed during a shared dinner. A hands on experience that encouraged connection, trust and a genuine sense of working together towards a common goal.
