Radio has played a significant role in the history of communication and, despite the development of new media, continues to be an important information and entertainment tool: through the speakers, the voice of the radio host passes supported by the direction and editorial staff; what counts is the communicative, verbal and paraverbal ability of the speaker, the tone of voice, the rhythm, the direction...
Imagine a title, invent columns, choose the songs, create the setlist, develop jingles and theme tunes, find news, and then test the contents. These are just some of the activities that need to be carried out to develop a pilot episode. And this is what the participants will have to do within the "Radio Team" team building, at the end presenting their own radio program "live" in front of the other participants, the best of which will be rewarded!
The activity can be organized in a real radio studio but also at the company headquarters or in other locations.
This team building not only provides an opportunity to develop crucial teamwork skills, but also to encourage creativity and fun within the group.
