We organised a team building activity for the last day of a convention among Canadian Solar's employees, that is a well-known company famous for the production of solar panels. The aim was to create an harmonious group and to allow them to deepen their knowledge in an unconventional environment.
We proposed an original and creative activity: a BBQ Team building on Iseo Lake, with wide green areas and quiet and intimate places.
The participants challenged in real trials to obtain the Master Grill title.
Furthermore we set a real mini-market surrounded by nature, where they could buy the best products bargaining as if they were in a real market.
Afterwards the teams had been evaluated by our chefs concerning the food preparation and by our staff about originality and team spirit.
After facing this amusing and involving challenge, which had been quite demanding at the same time, the participants enjoyed the peace and tranquillity offered by the wide areas on the banks of the wonderful Iseo Lake or the ones who still had energy challenged in beach volley or ping-pong tournaments or they went on canoe or pedalo.
