Groz Beckert contacted Smart Eventi to organise the meeting and the final team building and for the occasion we proposed an activity which aimed at creating a strong team spirit inside the groups, besides making the day really unique for the participants.
We chose an involving kind of team building, which offers the possibility of showing your cooking abilities, having fun and collaborating with your team mates: the team cooking.
We proposed a multifunctional location to organise the event, with an area which was suitable for the meeting and an open kitchen which was perfect for the activity that we chose for the team building.
The teams who challenged in the kitchen had the task of cooking a complete dinner and each group had to prepare a course choosing among starter, first course, second course and dessert.
We provided all the participants with a personalized apron with their names to make the guests live the experience as if they were real chefs.
Achieved Objectives
The teams showed a great group spirit, collaborating among them to achieve the objective, that wasn't just to cook a complete dinner, but also to spend a pleasant day all together.
