We organised a team building for our customer Panduit, world leader in the electric and electronic production sector, in occasion of the international meeting in Milan.
The aim of the activity was to increase the inner cohesion of the group of participants, through the interactions inside a context which was different from the office and which allowed them to know each other better in an informal environment finding a moment of recreation after the meeting.
For this reason we chose to organise a team cooking during which each team found a mystery box containing some products all made in Italy that they had to use to challenge in the creation of 3 kinds of finger food.
One of the challenges was the pasta preparation, as we are in Italy, thanks to the help of our chefs.
The teams kneaded and cooked different kinds of pasta: tagliatelle, ravioli and trofie.
The event had a great success and the guests had a great fun inventing original and creative dishes, in fact the jury had great difficulties in proclaiming the winning team.
