Customer Request
Techedge, our loyal customer, asked us to organise a team building for 100 of its employers in a peculiar location which left the guests without words.
For the occasion we proposed a really special location: a rustic farmhouse surrouded by nature and situated just outside Milan.
As the number of the participants was very high we organised a team cooking dividing the guests into teams who challenged in a cooking competition.
The competition consisted in preparing pasta, among the most loved dishes of the Italian tradition, and the teams' task was to produce a determined type for a certain quantity with different seasonings.
The dishes cooked by the teams have been carefully evaluated by a competent jury, consisting of expert chefs and the company managers, and the final vote was based on different aspects like creativity, the dishes' presentation and, of course, the taste.
At the end of the event the guests tasted the dishes cooked by the others to try the competitors' cuisine too and then they chilled with the open bar that we organised to conclude the evening in the best way.
Achieved Objectives
The participants were very satisfied of the amazing experience because it has been an amusing but also formative day, which strengthened the team spirit inside the groups.
Moreover it has been a way to test their abilities and gather different competences together to develop the task in the best way.
