Strengthening bonds in the kitchen! A team building project

The client request

The goal of our client BIP SAP was to arrange for a team-building activity focusing on their team’s passion for cooking, to awaken the enthusiasm of their employees. It was a stimulating challenge, as we had to combine fun and engagement, piquing the participants’s interest. We responded with great zest, ready to express our creativity to the fullest.

The Team Building Milano request

In our "aperitivo time mystery box" format, we challenged the participants' ingenuity. Each team was given a "mystery box" to create three finger foods, stimulating creativity and collaboration. At the end, teams displayed their creations, competing for the prize to the most innovative group with pleasant and original presentations. The aim, of course, was to bring as much innovation and creativity as possible into play, but above all to do so in harmony within the group, working together and valuing individual contributions.

Achived results

This team building experience was wholly appreciated by the client’s employees. The event, aimed at boosting team spirit, culminated in a delicious “aperitivo”. This convivial moment was enriched by both the delicacies prepared during the exercise and the ones prepared by our chef. We celebrated the day’s work with a perfect event and a magical atmosphere, with engaging music and excellent wines.
