Photo Competition is a team building activity that focuses on photography as a powerful means of communication and creativity!
We will divide participants into small teams and give each team a polaroid and the appropriate accessories. After a quick photography crash-course, each team will have to put what they have learned into practice and set their creativity free. The winning photos will be selected by a jury.
Through their polaroid, each team will be invited to capture images that embody the company values. Each photo will be the result of teamwork and of individual creativity. Sharing ideas is the added value in this activity – as in every successful collective activity – and the result will be captured by the polaroid and shown to the whole group at the end of the event.
The Photo Competition Team Building is suitable for indoor environments, but it produces its best results when team members are encouraged to go outdoors and explore the scenery. This team building activity is particularly suited as a complement for an Incentive Trip.
