“City building” is a perfect team building activity to “build” and strengthen the bond between your employees through the practical simulation of planning and building a scale model of a city.
This is a creative activity in which each team will have to build a neighborhood on a scale that will be part of a total city and will have different structural materials available, for example wood, cardboard or plasticine, and different decorative elements to enrich the project in detail. At the end of the activity we will combine all the models to recreate the urban ecosystem for example made up of houses, parks, offices, hospitals,...
This creative team building activity is an incredibly stimulating experience for the group, which we can customize at 360 degrees, designing not only cities but any other image to be built for example linked to company themes and values.
