This exciting event will take you above the clouds in a truly immersive virtual reality, almost as if it were real, where cooperation, communication and coordination are essential to achieve success.
During this experience, participants will be divided into teams and assigned to critical roles within the flight simulator. From the cockpit to the role of navigator, each team member will have a specific task to perform as they work together to achieve their assigned flight objectives.
Guided by experienced instructors, participants will face a series of challenges and realistic scenarios designed to test their leadership, problem solving and team working skills. Through coordination of actions and clear communication, teams will learn to adapt to changing situations in pursuit of success above the clouds.
