In this team building activity, teams have to capture a criminal on the run through Italian cities, including Milan, using GPS technology. After an initial briefing and distribution of maps and GPS devices, teams plan strategies based on problem-solving skills.
Moving physically through the city, using GPS technology, the teams search for clues left by the criminal. Random encounters between teams and real-time updates create dynamism, requiring tactical adjustments.
The intermediate debriefing allows for an analysis of strategies, while the subsequent phases require tactical-strategic skills to anticipate the opponent's moves and capture the criminal. In the final debriefing, participants reflect on the application of problem-solving, teamwork and time management during the activity, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
