The Dragon Boat is a spectacular boat of oriental origin with the head of the dragon at the bow and the tail at the stern, about 12 metres long, propelled by 20 paddlers, led by a helmsman and with a drummer to set the rhythm.
To make the Dragon Boat glide across the water, the crew members must coordinate impeccably, each with a specific role.
The rowers sit in pairs on the benches next to each other and paddle with the paddles, the drummer sets the rhythm and incites the group, the coxswain steers the boat in the right direction.
Everyone must contribute as a single unit to keep the boat moving and reach the finish line. Will the team be successful?
The ideal target group is athletes with strong competitiveness, water sports enthusiasts, and companies that focus on team efficiency. But anyone can enjoy dragon boat racing.
